Every engagement runs on a signed statement of work that names the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and exclusions. Nothing on this page is a contractual commitment; the statement of work is.

The Wedge

What does 3 Point Forward do?
We find what is slowing an operation down, decide what is worth fixing and in what order, plan the implementation, train the staff who will run it, and manage the engagement to the end. When the plan needs software, SOPHIA XT, our engineering arm, builds it in-house.
How much does it cost?
Most engagements start with the Wedge, a fixed-fee 30-day engagement, typically $6,000 to $12,000. Retainers run $6,000 to $15,000 a month, and anything else is quoted per project. A signed statement of work states the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees.
What does the 30-day engagement deliver?
A written diagnosis of the operation as it actually runs, a prioritised plan, and one thing implemented and in use by the end of it. The statement of work names the deliverables, what is out of scope and the acceptance criteria before we start. It is not a guarantee of a business outcome, and we do not write one into a contract.
Who owns what you build?
On full payment of the fees for an engagement, the deliverables built specifically for you are assigned to you. Pre-existing frameworks and tooling stay with the company that built them and are licensed to you as part of the build. The terms are in the services agreement.
